Paula Finch is an experienced business attorney and commercial real estate broker who represents closely held businesses and investors in a wide variety of commercial transactions, acquisitions, leasing, and contracting. Paula has special expertise in supplier diversity business opportunities and certifications. She has worked with large multi-state businesses on business and real estate acquisitions, with family-owned companies starting new enterprises, and with individual entrepreneurs and investors. Her clients have included those in the manufacturing, retail, technology, transportation and logistics, construction, real estate, insurance and professional services industries.

Because of her legal background, Paula is proficient in preparing and negotiating transaction documents and commercial contracts, handling due diligence investigations, and efficiently closing transactions. The combination of her calm demeanor, strong communication skills and superior attention to detail is a strong asset to her clients in negotiations.

Paula has been active with supplier diversity programs.  She founded a Diverse Supplier Certification Program during her private law practice.  She serves on a certification review board for a national certification agency.  She is accustomed to helping businesses navigate diverse supplier certification and contracting matters on the state and federal level and with corporate buyers. With thorough planning and strategy in place, she sets up clients for success.

Paula is an entrepreneur herself, running a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) focused on legal consulting, commercial real estate, and property management services.
